**Article 1. Purpose**
The Booking and Cancellation Conditions aim to describe the terms of booking one or more services between the Seller and the Client via the Seller's Website.
They express the entirety of the obligations and rights of the Parties. The Seller reserves the right to occasionally modify these conditions. They will be applicable as soon as they are posted online.
**Article 2. General Provisions**
A Client, under the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, is any individual at least eighteen (18) years old, having the legal capacity to contract, or having the authorization from the authorized person, at the date of the validation of their Order.
For each Booking, the Client must:
- Verify all details and restrictions related to a Service before proceeding with the Booking.
- Communicate to the Seller any medical or other information related to an allergy/health condition before the appointment.
To book, the client can choose the date and time, and the following information will be required:
- Last Name
- First Name
- Phone Number
**Article 3. Appointment Modification**
